science vs Religion

Science vs Religion - the question of god and religion in times of epidemics & calamities. 

                 Science and religion has a different type of connection. Both fundamentals are different in their own way. People believes in both science and religion. Whenever we face any kind of problems we remembers god first. We have hope that god will helps us in any situation. On the other hand there is science who also helps us in any situation. If we get injured or fall sick we will go to the hospitals because we have faith in doctors. We have to believe in both science and religion.

                Religions are often seen as competing for people’s hearts and minds, and to some extent this is true.

                  The conflict between religion and science is what naturally occurs to our minds when we think of this subject.Science is more changeable than theology. 

       Here, i would like to give an example of COVID-19. We all are facing same problem since last 7-8 months. We all are suffering from corona virus from last few months. People are stuck in this situation. We have faith in only DOCTORS and GOD. They can help us in this irritable situation. People have belief in both science and god. We don't know when it will end. There are so many questions in the mind of people like when it will end? , why we are suffering from this? , why is it here? etc. But we don't have any kind of answer for this questions. We have to wait.  In this situation doctors, police, sweepers, teachers suffers a lot. They are doing great work. If doctors are not here who will help us from getting out in this situation? ! 

         

              Many people thinks that this pandemic happens for a religious reasons. God gets angry on us that's why we are facing this problem. God gives us a lesson through this pandemic.It's a kind of punishment of god.They are denying the real fact. I would like to give an example of the novel "THE PLAGUE " by  ALBERT CAMUS. He has written about plague in oran. A virus spreading from rat to human.From this novel we can find so many similarities with present situation.It is obviously not for the first time that we are facing such kind of problem.one character from that novel FATHER PANELOUX strongly believes that plague is the curse of god. But it was not like that. It was spreads because of animals. Later he understands that doctors could save patients. It is serious situation. And then he started to help doctors. 

                    Some of the people thinks that god will save us from this virus. God is with us in this situation. But there are doctors also who helps us to get out from this pandemic. They are doing great job. We have to appreciate them.

    

             In my opinion god and doctors both are important for us. God is as important as doctors and doctors are as important as god. We have to show faith in both. I would like to define them as " એક સિક્કા ની બે બાજુ ".

                     Doctors are trying to save us from this virus. They are trying for vaccine to end this corona virus. We have to cooperate with them. We shouldn't not believe in astrologer or their kind of " ભવિષ્યવાણી ". One day we will come out from this. The world will be the same as before. We hope that it ends soon so we can live as before.
